I recieved my first mma victory this weekend! It feels great, but what is better is knowing that I couldn't have lost. Having Jesus in my corner I will never loose again. Thank you to all who gave me words to enlighten me. I was going through some rough times and everyday is still a battle, but I am much stronger. God bless!

Way to go. I can relate I have a record of 0-4 and man that is not me. I am so motivated to hear of your success and your victory is in sobriety. The cage is icing on the cake. You will rise victorious NO MATTER what. Amen

I have been living in a world of temptation, often giving in. I began to have a problem with cocaine and it was getting to the point where I was doing it almost every weekend. I am an amateur mma fighter with a record of 0-3 and I believe that is due to my drinking and drug problem. However, the Lord reaches out to those in need and I know he has a plan for me. I was introduced to a strength and condition coach and the first thing he did when we met was asked me how strong my faith was and I knew right then the Lord was speaking. I am proud to say that I have not done any drugs since November and I am back in school. I am fighting Jan. 23rd and I have never been more confident! I now know that with the Lord on my side I can't loose, in the cage or in life. God bless you all, life is so much better on this side!

I was able to see my children yesterday for the first time in 16 months. Praise God. If I had not made my commitment to the Lord about drinking and drugging I would not have seen them. The Lord carried me to them and has brought me to a relization how important it is to be sober but most of above everything.... STAY FAITHFUL AND ACTIVE IN THE WORDS OF GOD IN THE BIBLE. I am nothing without Christ in my life. Thank you everyone for your prayers and I pray for all of you to have a great holiday and that the Lord works for you in your life like he has in mine. AMEN.
