Subject: Ryan & Michelle

Hello all! If you haven't heard, my son, Ryan proposed to his girlfriend, Michelle on friday.
Please pray for Ryan and Michelle as they enter this phase of life together. Also, please pray for all of us since they want a short engagement and are looking at possibly April for the wedding date. Michelle's mother passed away a few years ago, so please pray for me that I can step in and give her the support she needs.
I am so amazed at what the Lord has done in my son, what a testament to what the Lord said to me yesterday in church "NOTHING is impossible through me". Believe it!!

Subject: winners and losers

Maybe its just me being overrun by the hype of the Super Bowl and all that comes with it but I am gonna ask that we pray for the players, coaches, employees and fans of both the Colts and Saints.

There are people who are 'devastated' because of the loss, please pray for their identity and their joy to no longer be in a game or a team but to find their identity in Christ.

Also, please pray for all those whose joy is rooted in the fleeting joy of life's events that they may come to know real JOY!

Dear danny,

Most trusted prayer partners, I come to you with disturbing information concerning the continuing increase of requests we are receiving pertaining to witchcraft and demonic activity.

Spiritual war-fare is increasing. If you are not in the battle you might not know there is a war going on for the souls of people. You might not know how to fight. You may have abandoned the fight in the heat of the battle because you are weary.

Whatever the situation, you are needed now more than ever. We are living in perilous times for there are snares and traps, ambushes laid before Christians and the lost to drag them into hell.

There is a rise in vampirism, people feeding upon the blood of other humans that are willing participants in spite of the risk of blood borne diseases. They call themselves The Black Veil with covens of networks in large and small cities alike throughout America as well as other countries. The Hollywood film industry has glamorized witchcraft and the occult and bestiality and this is drawing people of all age groups toward the occult, especially our young people. In one prominent European country, once a bastion of godliness now has more witchcraft churches than Christian churches. There is a rise in those churches today where false prophets are spewing forth heresies and false doctrines. They speak of things they themselves do not understand and call it God’s message.

I am positively and actively attacking the kingdom of darkness. If you are not, you should be.

Eph 6:12-18

12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armor of God that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.

14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness;

15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace;

16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:

18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints.

Verse 12 defines our conflict, our enemy and his arena of operation.

Verses 13-17 define our defensive armor, and its usage.

Verse 18 defines the way to implement the weapons.

Follow closely please:

1. Praying continually with all (manner of) prayer.

2. Praying continually with all (manner of) prayer and supplication (for you).

3. Praying continually with all (manner of) prayer and supplication in the Spirit.

4. Watching thereunto, agrupneo (ag-roop-neh'-o) to be sleepless, i.e. keep awake.

5. Watching thereunto with all perseverance: proskarteresis (pros-kar-ter'-ay-sis) persistency, be earnest toward, constantly diligent.

6. Watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints (other Christians).

Subject: a friend that needs prayer & a son that needs employment

Hi. I just found out today that David Dean (I think he is a BASIC member) had a heart attack early this week. He is doing okay. They did do the groin sheath baloon procedure, insterting 2 stents, and the procedure was successful. Right now his heart is only working at 50% because of scar tissue. Please pray for complete restoration and healing! This is a young man (53, young, same as me, haha), who has been a Christian all of his life.
Also, Rob is still unemployed. However, he did find out that he can be re-hired at Alpla, so please pray for the door to open.

After 18+ months of unemployment, BGM Mark D'Amore has started a new job. Below is his status from January 26:

Our God is totally awesome. I started my new job today installing home theaters that I love to do and I won my unemployment appeal all in one day. Praise God and thank you God. Amen.

My bud, Landis is seeking wisdom regarding a current job offer.'

There are several who are still seeking employment or career direction, please lets keep take inventory of God's blessings in our lives and pray for those still seeking.

Dear heavenly Father I pray for the forgiveness you have extended to me be extended to those who are in need of your grace and power. I pray dear heavenly Father that the love of Christ fall upon our enemies hearts. May you dear Father help them to realize that the Christ that lives in us is there for them and they too can be forgiven and saved from their sins. May we all feel your presence in all of our present circumstances and know You are there.......
