- I am a nutrition freak. Food is fuel, chemicals are not fuel. I spend almost every night of the week at our ATA school with my kids and husband. I love to grapple and kickbox. My hubby and I will be starting TaeKwanDo soon in addition to our combat club training. My kids do TKD and JiuJitsu. We are the youth group leaders at our church and we are busy from sun up to sundown. God loves me, and that thrills me to death!
