This is who I am.

I might not be the person that you want, or even like, but you should get use to the fact that I live for an Audience of One. You may laugh at me for not drinking. You may hate on my music that worships my God rather your music, the kind that's filled with hate, sex, and idolizing a woman's body. You can jeer and laugh because I'm a virgin, or that I go to church, don't curse, or go grind at the club. You may even go as far as to scoff at the cross 'round my neck, hatin' that I believe in a risen carpenter who was a God-man but now reigns supreme. You may be cruel to me for all these reasons and more, but I will not let down, I will not stop, I will not surrender, because I have grown stronger in Him. And I am not Ashamed.

You may not understand me, or my actions, or why I am the way I am. But no man can comprehend Him. But to Him I am Known and understood. He made me this way, knows me by name, and calls to me in the darkness. This path I have chosen is lonely and hard, but when I need Him, I call Him by name and He rescues me from pits of despair. And even though I do not even understand myself, He has perfect knowledge of me and my paths. His Wisdom gives me Strength. His Love drives me when I am tired, and refreshes me when I can no longer continue.

I am a Man. I am His Man. And I am His Warrior. I will fight for Him as He fights for me. This road is not easy, and the hardships and losses are great. But those who stand against me are just whispers of a dying world who in it's ignorance turns it's back on my God. And because of this, because of this ignorance... I will bear your harsh words...and Love you still the same. With His Strength and Wisdom coursing through my veins, and Faith like a child, I will bear this cross. For this is the true power of my God- His Love.

And this is who I am.

Pretty much anything Christian Rock, Rap, Hip Hop, or Acoustic. Going through a big Christian Rap phase at the moment, busting out Lecrae, Flame, Trip Lee, This'l, J.R., Jai, Decipha, 3D-Remedy, and a ton of others.
