My wife and I of 15 yrs have decided to separate.we moved her out this past weekend. What's next ?I must have faith that God will show me the path he wants me to take and to raise my boys to know that God will take care of things and to trust in him always. Just another fork in the road, I just ask God to show me which way he wants me to go.

- I'm a 2nd dan black belt in Tae Kwon DO. Starting to study hapkido along with some grappling.
I have three boys, the boys enjoy TKD, and some other sports.
I'm also a Crossfitter working out at Crossfit Thinair or my garage gym, which have been alot of fun. Great core training.

Why should we carry something that Christ has carried for us on the cross?
Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows [grief, pain, affliction]: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
Isaiah 53:4-5The word "sorrows" in this passage, actually translates to grief, pain, or affliction. When Jesus shed His blood, He carried our inner pain and wounds, so that we don't have to! God's Word tells us that He cares for us, and because of this fact, we are told to cast all - not some, but ALL - of our cares upon Him (see 1 Peter 5:7).
