FULL FOCUS MARTIAL ART (FFMA) Has been in the Jersey Shore area for quality martial arts since 1995, providing superior instruction second to none. The best way for you to understand what our martial arts can do for you and your children is to actually experience one of our free classes first hand.

FULL FOCUS MARTIAL ART SYSTEM

The method of self-defense taught at FFMA incorporates several different styles of martial arts. Over the years Instructor, KELLY CANNON SR has had the opportunity to work with world-class instructors in other arts. The end product is a Martial Arts system that teaches the students how to defend themselves using kicking techniques found in Tae Kwon Do (Korean MA), using the hand techniques found in American boxing, and a combination of Muay Thai, And Kick Boxing. Grappling (wrestling) derived from Jiu-Jitsu, then we have Eskrima/Kali and many other weapons for special club members. We also have a very fun aerobic class.
