About Me:

Urban Defense is a place where you can learn the art of self defense in an atmosphere that is less traditional—pertaining to martial arts/self defense. Though it will still be a learning and training atmosphere, we don’t focus on colored belts or certificate-tracked levels. You track your own level of progress and work at your own speed, convenience and abilities. Who knows better than you as to what you want to get out of your training.

Not everyone feels the need/desire to learn how to build their qi to the point to break bricks. Some just wants to build their speed, strength and stamina to the point where they can defend themselves in a situation which might call for it. Here, you don’t have to worry about learning things that you don’t feel the need to.
