Backslidders

Don't you just hate that! BACKSLIDDEN!!! Paul talks about it in the book of romans,how he does the things that he dosent wanna do but he see that its not him but the flesh warring against the spirit.I find myself in the same situation daily! were i wont even pray or open my  bible.And when i repent i know im going do again so i feel, like im asking for forgiveness out of ritual!! I was told its not how you start but how you finish--2 the Death!! this fight in the flesh is to the death and i refuse to surrender to the prince of darkness/ the lord of flies / the father of lies/ for  he was a murderer from the start of time till now.He will use anyone and everyone to throw you off course and in my case he has-but God was faithful- even preparing me spiritually but what did i do? share in someone eles sin instead of coming to him with my pain,hurt and disappointment!!The holy spirit is the comforter but i chose the things of the world to hold and comfort me and nurse my injuries -some anointed fighter i am! But thank God I AM NOT WHO I WAS 2years ago-so here i am starting over again and working out my salvation in fear and trembling
