God's way
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." 1 Corinthians 10:13
Each and everyday we are faced with temptations. It does not make a difference how saved you are or are not we have temptations we face everyday. We are faced with making decisions to do right or to do wrong. We can make a decision to be truthful or to tell an untruth, do what is the right thing or simply ignore the right thing, and do the wrong thing. There are some temptations which are really our weaknesses, and anytime we are faced with that one temptation is seems like we fall for it no matter how much we say we will not. The Scripture reminds us there is no temptations we face that is so great we are not able to resist it. I encourage you today to know that God always gives you a way to escape the temptations you face. There are some things which happen in your life and they are hard to walk away from, but God is faithful, and He is always there for you, and will not allow you to be tempted more than you are able to handle it. When temptation comes your way you have to know you are able to flee from it, because with the temptation also comes an opportunity to escape from the temptation. Know for yourself today, the God you serve would never put more on you than you are able to handle. If God brought you to it, He will most definitely see you through it. Sometimes the wrong way is also the easy way and there are times when God does not want you to take the easy way out, but His way, and His way is not as hard as you may think. I thank God for always making a way of escape for me in every temptation I face, and because I have made up my mind to go God's way......
